It might be harder to find for tourists, but thanks to our guide we had the chance to taste some of the great famous food in Lima here. Had the first Pisco mad here and it just tasted good. Had a small part of tuna cevechie with simple soy source. He had three excellent dishes. Everybody tasted great. I was happy to see them all. The services were great. Do not miss this restaurant when you are in Lima.

The menu says no... read more It's a hard find for foreigners but it's worth the trip to central Lima! A hidden gem run by a humble and incredibly skilled chef Israel Laura. The menu says no MSG...a hard find in Peru where lots of spices and condiments are used. Israel allows you to TASTE the ingredients. I had one of the best causas I've ever tasted with mussels (I'm still salivating as I think about it). The fish was so tender and fresh! A foodie's favorite...GO!
