A wonderfully informal and cozy atmosphere in which we immediately felt welcome. The appetizers were all perfectly tasty, and the dishes were surprising and refreshing. The balance of flavors, with the use of nice acidity, ensured that everything was wonderfully light and easily digestible. The service was an absolute highlight: friendly, professional and clearly enjoying their work. The wine pairing was excellently composed, with beautiful, generously poured wines that paired perfectly with the dishes. The next day we visited another star store in Lille, which was almost twice as expensive, but the experience here was head and shoulders above the rest. In short: highly recommended! The combinations are creative, surprising but always tasteful. You have to like being shaken in your puck because there is always a punchy hint of acidity in the dish. We like it or we don't like it but we loved it. Flawless from start to finish. To recommend without hesitation. Well done to the chef.
