Les Francs Burgers - Lille

Really a shame this new location compared to the old near the station. The restaurant was really great, we could have a drink before the meal, there was some care... there it became small and a fast food among all the others. But at the same price as before. I don't think I'm coming back. Big disappointment, give us the restaurant, the real. :

I wanted to try the Burgers francs with friends, while we were swinging in Lille. I will list in this opinion the positive points, like the negative points. I've only tried the burgers once for now, my grade is likely to evolve. However, my first experience can only be improved by the next time. Listen to me, it's not a bad restaurant. However, there are some points that can be greatly improved. Home and Service: 6/10 Positive Point: The service is present, the commands are taken quickly, and we settle in the room. Negative points: Smiles from managers would be welcome, especially when we first return to the hotel. The organization is to review, the managers looked overwhelmed while we were only 3 to order at the same time, and no more than 10 in the room. There is also a Room and Space: 5/10 Positive Point: The atmosphere is top. The decoration is really very successful. Negative point: Many too many covered in the room, for not at all enough room, one feels to walk on it constantly, except in the small sofa space for 4 pers. Burger: 9/10 Positives: Good quality meat, local products, bread was correct (I don't know if it was fresh or industrial), sauces in burgers are succulent, and vegetables present are very fresh. Negative: More common (classic) sauces would be welcome for those who have allergies and/or do not like some tastes. Accompaniment : 2/10 Positive point : The fries seem to be fresh. Negative points: Fries are not good at all. their taste is very fat and leaves a burning sensation in the mouth, as they were carbonized. It's really a shame, because I'm sure that with a little more effort put in these accompaniments, the note would be much higher. Overall rating: 6/10 I would reiterate the experience and update this opinion. I recommend that you make your own opinion on this establishment.

Great, tested and adopted. Ordering several times never had any problems. Great good, nothing to say about the kitchen, burger her good fries too. Small top for the mayo has chicory, a slaughter. The staff and pleasant. Don't worry.
