Location characterized by a modern but welcoming design, we felt immediately at ease. 5 course menu (90 with possibility to add cheese degotation (20 and wine matching (60 well made dishes with raw materials or even unknown as some forgotten vegetables but that overall did not impress us. sweet button: only the girl who takes care of the wines at the height of the type of restaurant. 3 comeries have been aternated that they have not always answered our questions satisfactorily and that in general they have not been very empathic. too high account for the type of evening spent, in particular the combination of wines too expensive. A SANS-FAUTE nestled in the old lille with the brewery on the ground floor and the restaurant on the floor, the hotel offers a modern and warm setting with a large open kitchen on the bedroom. reception is professional and smiling, just like service. You must have dared the unique menu formula that is still quite risky. the chef excels in the mix of flavors and shows, from superb products, a rare inventiveness and an irreproachable technique with a perfect mastery of the kitchen. Finally, the addition is very correct for a starred restaurant.
