Truly awful in almost every way. My friend ordered the French onion soup. It came without the usual thick cheese topping. He questioned it. The waiter shrugged, said that they’d run out and apologised. He hadn’t warned us about it when we ordered it. He didn’t apologise when they served it. Plus, did the restaurant really run out of cheese or were they trying to cut corners? For main, I had a traditional Flemish beef stew. It was room temperature. We had to send it back to be warmed. The fries were not hot. We sent them back. The second lot were undercooked. My friend’s tartiflette was so bad that he only ate a third of it. He said that it about the first time that he’d ever left that much of a dish. When the bill came, they charged full price for the onion soup. We complained and got 20% off but they really should have given the soup and tartiflette free. Avoid this place!

The food was burnt, bitter, dry and hard. The service was slow, I was disappointed.
