We also opted for the menu with the chicken poached with miso sauce and its grilled pears, a delight. we feel the freshness of the products and that the manager enjoys cooking for us. installed at the counter, we actually enjoyed discussing with him the time of the evening.

We started with slices of salmon and raw tuna with radish, and jelly with home yuzu, and continued with the two dishes: gyozas (Japanese ravens) served by 8 and cod and leeks garnished with a succulent sauce! all home and prepared in front of you!I recommend 100%!
