The boss wasn't there, but his replacement welcomed us as friendly as before. In the entrance we decide for a beef tartare truffled burrata noisettes and a carpaccio of cherry verveine fish. Both were excellent a flat however for tartar where burrata and hazelnuts were undecelable. We chose the same dish: the veal spider cream and mushroom sauce and for dessert we shared a plate of cheese. With a glass of wine and coffees the addition returned us to about 30 € each.
Do not misunderstand and do not consider this "Hue! "as an incentive to consume, but on the contrary, as an incentive to move forward. Open a restaurant, say "classic", in a neighborhood where the student is king, you had to dare! Rather successful in the present case. Home without chichi (almost shy) and pleasant. It's almost by chance that we booked in this restaurant. In the entrance we choose the scrambled eggs as a burnt cream duck. The entrance is cold I would have preferred it a little warmer but such that it remains a tasty and greedy air with its crumble parmesan its dried and smoky magrets and its fluffy eggs. For the dish 2 different choices: a beef tartare beef beetweet pistachio served with small chicken apples and a mackerel butter white crunchy vegetables. The raifort is discreet but the very good set of white butter is a killing and cooking of the perfect fish. With 2 cafes and 1 glass of burgundy all came back to us at about € 30. The hotel also offers quality take-away dishes at reasonable prices. Run.
