Firstly just make sure you clarify what is vegan. The quiche had VEGAN cheese listed but the quiche itself was not vegan. When you can veganise anything, don’t assume. I’m glad I asked. We went for the savoury menu. I ordered the spinach, vegan cheese and agave syrup toastie. Now I thought this sounded odd (the agave and it was too sweet for me.
