Tim Hortons

I got cow’s milk in my coffee many times despite asking for oats, it feels like some employees are trolling me and it’s very annoying. It’s frustrating because they do not have any incentive to care, their working conditions are too poor.

The girl charged me extra for syrup in my iced cap and i told her I didn't want it and I changed my mind. I asked her 4 times and she argued with it that she was going to put it anyway so i gave up but and just paid the extra and left but like what was that? That's not okay i literally kept saying

Server didn't let my partner in the bathroom. He was very condescending and rude. We work in an emergency service (911) and don't have the luxury of having a portable washroom. If you're miserable with your job, it's time to find another one.

Used to do deliveries near this area, Today during the evening so went to the this Tim hortons to use the washroom and the guy told me to pay to use the restroom, Starbucks is better, they never ask to pay to use their washrooms. I’ve been to alotta Tims but this happened with me for the first time. Seriously ?
