What Bench T doesn't like about Pfk:
To be honest, me and my wife saw the restaurant's poor rating and decided to try the same thing. The service was still fast but lacked attention. You give me fried chicken without a napkin.... I understand that your slogan is: finger-licking good but there is still a limit. The portion was really ridiculous for the price paid. You're trying to call to get compensation because you're going to get an order that goes back to $11 for a sandwich and a small potato. Not even the popcorn chicken. You call customer service, the line hangs up on you 11 times without answering, you hear yourself breathing. Last time I'm going there, I'll go to McDonald's or Tim next time. Cheap gang. Anyway the world today knows how to work, not even capable of preparing an order which makes 50 times and more in a day. It's pitiful.
