What Robert Fraser doesn't like about Café Des Arts Galerie Mam:
Had to wait over an hour for two sandwiches. Apparently, as we found out at the 40 minute mark, they just took our money, then forgot to actually make them. Then...another 25 minutes while no sandwiches were made.When we finally got our sandwiches, both had ingredients that were not listed as being part of the ingredients. A very cute cafe where we were able to get nice drinks and snacks. Enjoyed lattes, espresso, fresh lemonade, a great brownie, and a parfait. The artwork was fun to enjoy.
Fantastic place to stop. Great coffee, great bakery, kind staff.
I stopped here when walking by. I got a coke and a berry slice. The berry slice was very good. There were places to sit and rest.
Nice ambiance, but very touristy feel (understandable due to area) i enjoy the idea of the books games available to use. quite pricey for the value of what you get. staff were kind
We stopped for a short rest and a coffee on our wander through Old Montreal. The coffee was excellent one of the best we have had in the city. And the chocolate treats and pastries were excellent
