Had to be parked, I'm guessing the hash browns took a minute to make but overall I would sayeverything was very good

After processing my payment and giving me my receipt, the employee strangely chose not to provide the fries I had ordered. I decided to wait, hoping they would... read more After processing my payment and giving me my receipt, the employee strangely chose not to provide the fries I had ordered. I decided to wait, hoping they would arrive eventually. Instead, she decided to refund my money by placing it in a cup and trying to pass it to me through my car window. In my frustration, I accidentally knocked the cup from her hand onto the ground. At that point, she called the police on me, even though I was the only customer at that moment. When the police arrived, they blocked my car in the drive-thru. The employee told them I had thrown the refund at her, a claim I was able to easily disprove, but she continued to stick to her story. After some discussion, the officers issued me a criminal trespass warning, stating that she had the right to do this to any customer she felt was a threat to her "timer." It was evident that when this employee asked me to move my car, it was a command rather than a suggestion. She refused to complete the transaction until her demands were met. The officers advised me to comply with her requests about not returning. Honestly, why would I? I had been the only customer there for a half-hour. Based on other reviews, this seems to be part of their usual protocol. I advise future customers to be cautious.

On a positive note, their te... read more The mushroom Swiss burger is my absolute favorite! Unfortunately, the chicken tenders tend to be overcooked each time I order them. On a positive note, their tea is fantastic. Considering that many places are currently dealing with staffing shortages, it's essential to be patient with the wait times.
