This is the 2nd time having issues with this particular restaurant: Order took 20 extra minutes No utensils when requested No straws Hair on my ribs No chocolat... read more This is the 2nd time having issues with this particular restaurant: Order took 20 extra minutes No utensils when requested No straws Hair on my ribs No chocolate sauce for dessert Croutons on the side, but no extra croutons as requested... I frequent this restaurant. After the 1st mistake of not giving me my drink I paid for, the corporate office made up for it big time, and I 'm grateful for their service and commitment to providing good service to frequent customers. Something told me to order elsewhere, but, against the signs, I ordered from my usual Chili 's and now I know why I should 've listened to that voice in my head. AND, I tried to complete the online for to inform corporate about my experience, it keeps telling me error, please try again later . I 've been trying every since yesterday (August 26, 2020) when the event occurred! I just cannot do Chili 's anymore...

Going to this Chili’s yesterday (7/5/20) was very disappointing I order the just bacon burger and I asked for no cheese no onions and no tomatoes when I receive... read more Going to this Chili’s yesterday (7/5/20) was very disappointing I order the just bacon burger and I asked for no cheese no onions and no tomatoes when I received my food it had all of those things that I asked not to be put on it and everything was cold like it most of been sitting there for hours. The part that tripped me out is that the young man who gave me my food I asked him why there wasn’t a sign to let you know where to park to get the curbside pickup, he told me that he didn’t know and that the person who usually works pick up didn’t show up today. So I went inside of Chili’s and to tell them that I just needed a refund because I couldn’t wait around again for them to make my order I had to go so the young man went ahead and got the manager the manager tells me that he can’t do the refund in the store because it was an online order so he has to send a request to corporate so he took down my name the last four digits of my card and my phone number and wrote it on a sticky note so now I’m wondering is he really going to put the request in or no I’ve never heard of you, you making an order online for pickup at the restaurant and They can’t give you a refund at the store.
