The service was awful! My waitress seemed angry at me for some reason, probably because she works at Chili's. And this is the view I had. I will never return to this location again!

I ordered 2 burgers to go, was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant 20 minutes later and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up... read more I ordered 2 burgers to go, was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant 20 minutes later and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the TO-Go counter. I had to go to the bar and ask the lady there to send someone to the growing line at TO-Go. By the time I get to the counter my food was ready but my order was wrong. How hard is it to make 2 burgers. Apparently rocket science. I asked the lady for the burgers to please be re-done because they are incorrect. She went to the back and brought me out the things that were suppose to be on my burger in a container. I told her NO I want them re-done they are cold and incorrect and if I am paying $30 for 2 burgers I want them made right. She caught an attitude and gave me a pen and paper and said well write down what you want on the burgers since they are sooo wrong. I'm sorry what ????? I told her I don't know what comes on the burgers all I asked for was everything EXCEPT cheese. Just take the dang cheese off. Simple. She said you know what I'm just going to get the manager for you. I was like this can not be real life right now. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK THEN DO US ALL A FAVOR AND DON'T COME IN THAT DAY. The manager came re-took my order and then I had to wait 1 HOUR for 2 burgers to be remade. Trust the reviews. Even on your most hungry day, DO NOT EAT HERE. McDonalds surely will provide you with better food and service. At this point just shut the place down. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. They do not ever have to worry about me again.

I have passed by it 1000 times and last night wanted to s... read more I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt. I doubt I will every go back into this location. I have passed by it 1000 times and last night wanted to stop and pick up fun food for the championship game to take home. I sat at the bar more than 25 minutes before being served a drink (and waited 10 minutes for the bar to be wiped down). Asked if there was a wait for take out and was told a little. When I received my drink (and not the water I requested) I went ahead and ordered. I waited almost 45 minutes for my takeout to be ready, not seeing any other food service come out, but maybe one take-out. The place was NOT busy at all. When I got home I found the sampler with sliders, wings and southwest rolls, cold and hard (as they obviously had been sitting for a while before being brought to me. I also ordered a brisket quesadilla, which had very little brisket, little cheese, and so cold it separated. Had ordered shrimp fajitas which were so ridiculously spicy we had to rinse the shrimp. 85% of the food we threw in the garbage. I give the benefit of the doubt to so many. The management, service, cleanliness, and lack of interest from the staff was alarming. It's a shame in this day and age that work ethic and pride in a job well done is not respected here. I was in there MORE than an hour just to pick up a quick easy order.

Got home 5 minu... read more The other reviews are spot on. Placed a pickup order. Was supposed to be ready at 6:45. I got there at 6:40. Order finally ready for me at 7:45. Got home 5 minutes later and the fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. Like they had been fried yesterday and stored overnight in the fridge. Burger was supposed to be pink. It was well done. But also cold. As if the order was ready at 6:45 and just sitting back there although they knew I was waiting. Do not eat here. McDonald's is cheaper and makes a better burger.
