This is a small family business. Don't go in with the expectation of being wined dined. It's a little hole in the wall. But the food is absolutely fantastic! The alcapurrias are to die for. I called for a takeout order and 12 minutes later, when I arrived it had not been served and the restaurant was empty. The order was very simple. Rice and beans. Nothing else. Simple. They sold it to me at an overpriced price. I paid more than $10 for an order of rice and beans.
