Stopping and eating here at Scorpacciata was the best decision we made. The margarita pizza and the Mediterranean pizzas were delicious. The doughis thin and crispy with the crust being perfect and crunchy. Their ranch was handmade and is the best ranch I have had at arestaurant ???? I highly recommend this place for Pizza. You will not be disappointed.

This place gets a lot of business, especially call-ahead orders, so be prepared for a little wait as they only have two ovens in their truck. Wasabi fries are good, but the dipping sauce they come with isexcellent, I loved dipping the crust into it.
