Considering the rising prices everywhere, it was a satisfying meal for under $35.

The people I go with do enjoy the food... read more Update This is my third time here and I am still not impressed with the menu however I think the staff is always amazing. The people I go with do enjoy the food. I am on a restricted diet due to health complications and just nothing on the menu toaccommodate so I end up picking at something and then eat when I get home. So hopefully the owners see this and will startadding some other options to those with food allergies to gluten, fructose and lactose ??????????

Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. We waited nearly two hours for our food, and we never even received our salads. When our meals finally arrived, my mom's chicken parmesan was cold, and the chicken was so tough it felt like a hockey puck, prompting her to send it back. Instead of waiting another hour for her replacement meal, I ended up sharing half of my steak with her. My baked potato, which should have come out with the steak, took an extra 15 minutes to arrive, despite having butter and sour cream already on my plate. The only highlights of the evening were the appetizer and our waitress, who genuinely tried her best. Sadly, the overall experience was not worth the $100 we spent. I was extremely disappointed. If I could have given no stars, I would have, but I felt compelled to leave a review. Normally, I don't complain—having worked in food service myself—but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

She appeared visibly upset and started raising her voice, insisting that my order had only been in for 18 minutes and encouraging me to come check for myself. I calmly pointed out that we had been waiting for 40 minutes, to which she retorted, "Well, then just leave." It takes a lot to frustrate me at a restaurant; I typically tip well and often bring larger groups that do the same. However, I must say that the attitude of the staff has changed dramatically. They were unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate, making it clear that they viewed me as a nuisance and were not interested in my business. I wouldn't return to this establishment even if you paid me.
