Mcdonald's - Lighthouse Point

I placed an online order and was asked to wait in the parking lot, but it seemed like they were prioritizing other customers first. Online orders should be treated with the same importance. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and had to go through the drive-thru line a second time before finally receiving my order. In total, I waited 45 minutes with only five cars ahead of me, and this was at midnight.

This McDonald's is by far the slowest one in Deerfield, Lighthouse Point, Pompano, and Boca. It doesn't matter whether I visit during the day or at night, I always wait an unreasonable amount of time. The fries are consistently soggy and never crispy. I just got home after getting stuck in a poorly organized double lane drive-thru, and it took an hour to get my order with only four cars ahead of me. This will be my last visit to this location. The management clearly has no idea how to operate efficiently, whether it’s day or night. Plus, the fries were disappointing again. Unless you have plenty of time to waste, I highly recommend choosing any other McDonald's in the area. It's incredibly disappointing, and they even charge more than other locations. I didn’t even receive a receipt for my order. Never again!

I visited this McDonald's on Halloween night, and it was chaotic! The kids were really rambunctious, and the place was packed, loud, and a bit overwhelming. I even spotted police in the parking lot. As usual, McDonald's food is just average, but I hoped for a better experience here. I'm sure it’s not always like this on normal days. One thing I really appreciate about newer McDonald's locations is the ability to order from a kiosk instead of having to talk to a cashier!

It was super late, and I know there aren't a lot of options on Federal after dark. But the drive through took well over 30min to get through. The food was stone cold. The fries were... not in a state I can describe and keep this review PG-13 or better. Theorder was wrong, but not by enough that I was worth it to complain. I just wanted to get out of there. I've never left a sub-3star review for a McDonald's before. Everyone deserves leeway for a rough night, a difficult shift, grumpy customers, andshortages of either the human- or material- resource kind. But this was a little past the line.

The rudest staff. I will never return to this location.. a bunch of rude people that hate their job. Go home, other people need work. The white boy taking orders in drive thru.. almost got ripped out of his window last night because they think they cantalk to customers disrespectfully. If you hate your job please find a new one.
