My sister and I were invited by close friends to this elegant restaurant. it has a small menu (sometimes I like in the rule) and the service was excellent and a... read more My sister and I were invited by close friends to this elegant restaurant. it has a small menu (sometimes I like in the rule) and the service was excellent and attentive, although I had to point to our empty wine glasses in the middle of the meal. prices are quite annoying, which in turn, I think only if the quality of food is not really justifiable. fall in point: I ordered what is called in French her poitrine de porc (pork breast) and in german schweinebauch (pork magen). strange contrast. this dish consisted simply of a thick piece of speck drown in brown sauce. all for 48 Swiss francs. the few vegetables that were distributed around the plate were delicious and perfectly cooked, but this did not compensate the speck. the appetizer, soup, was perfect, except for pieces of smoked salmon lying around the bottom of the bowl. would have been better without the laughs, but I guess they needed to justify the high price of this entréé, and my dessert, something they called mokatino, was one of the worst eating ideas I had in a long time a smorgasbord of textures (including gelatin cubes) with aromen imitating coffee, but it was impossible to know what I had eaten. avoid them at all costs, and they will store the 20 Swiss franc price tied to it. Too bad. I like eating good. I don't like menus and dishes, but they have to be based on intelligent culinary traditions.

Excellent from every point of view: location, food, service, kindness of staff, cleaning. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Meeting room and facilities perfect Strongly recommended!!!
