Twice now i've asked for a vegan breakfast for them to say they haven't got any vegan sausages. Which is fine, as I asked if I could have extra hashbrowns instead. Only this time they charged us extra for the hash browns instead of just swapping the sausages for them. Breakfast came, mushroom was rock hard, boyfriends bacon was fatty and undercooked. Dont bother going, overpriced and dissapointing.
Took advantage of the 'Afternoon Tea for Two ' and not disappointed by the selection, Staff courteous, very helpful and other branches could learn from the excellent service.
So sad that food is obviously pre packaged here. Asked for poached egg and avocado but they had no poached egg so ordered the small breakfast with scrambled egg and a latte. Cost was £6.88. Latte not very hot. Scrambled egg, beans and toast were OK but the bacon looked and smelled awful, colour not good either, and the tomato seemed past its best, no way I could eat them. I've eaten lunch here recently and the food seemed to have gotten so much better but definitely not the place for breakfast.
This restaurant used to have a good breakfast menu, but now the food and service quality has declined greatly. The Poached Egg Avocado muffin is now just cold, unbuttered toast with store-bought guacamole and overcooked poached eggs.
Today's visit to the restaurant was not the best experience.
