Awful tonight We ordered at 8.00 pm and was told it would be 60 mins, it was more like 90 The food was cold when it arrived, and despite us only living 1.28 miles from them they charged us £4.50 delivery My Gung po prawns were described as spicey? i have had more spice in a packet of salt and vinegar crisps The spring rolls tasted like they had cinnamon in them? AND they keep sending emails advertising 15% off but when you order it isn't taken off? Very poor never again
This was my first time trying China Chief as we typically order from another Chinese restaurant in Burntwood. We were disappointed with the declining quality of the other restaurant, but China Chief pleasantly surprised us. The food was delivered hot, delicious, and of great quality. I highly recommend China Chief and will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
There is no other restaurant in this area that can match the quality, generous portions of freshly cooked food, and friendly service that we experienced here.
Having visited this Chinese takeaway on multiple occasions, I can confidently say that the food quality is consistently to a good standard. I am vegetarian and I was impressed with the wide variety of options available. Tonia is consistently friendly and helpful each time I call or visit.
Got to be one of the best Chinese take-aways in the area a must for any day of the week and hopefully the fortune cookies one day will come true. Anyway back to meal, It was nice and enjoyable. Enough said.
