Visited with a party for a birthday party, sat in the lounge / bar through the bay window, ice cold to say the least, decided to move into the kitchen, iron, as... read more Visited with a party for a birthday party, sat in the lounge / bar through the bay window, ice cold to say the least, decided to move into the kitchen, iron, asked the waiter to turn the heating, if possible, noticed that. a stand alone heating was set, not good enough!, provide a warm environment in which to eat please! on a positive note were the appetizers and suppe excellent, no complaining there, the carvery was simply excellent with a selection of meat, quite brilliant!, the whole sweet were beautiful, the gravy and other comparable sauces were excellent. the service of the waiter was remarkable, attentive, polite and so helpful, the young man who served our table was so helpful and paid attention to our needs very nice, we felt still cooled until the lunchtime, when other tables began to be populated and body warming that I appreciate the extra warm, first shamed on them very well for still warm we would come back if the problems were to be addressed with the warmth, then we would be natural, but with the winter that arrives a little early, maybe not until the summer months, as adage even the loos were iron men and women. more special thanks for the congratulation board of my father in law a beautiful and very appreciated gesture, and again a special mention for the young waiter who served us a recognition for their hotel.
