Stopped while passing through town and just needed a bite to eat. Ended up feeling like we'd been old friends by the end of lunch. They were so sweet and attentive.The pizza and focaccia were incredible, would give 10 stars if I could!

Amazing food. Amazing service, the person over the phone was very helpful in guiding me through my order. Definitely would go again.

I recently moved here from Schaumburg and I love the area, but I've been having a hard time finding a great pizza. Then I found Done Deal, and it has amazing sauce, crust, and cheese. I will definitely be coming back regularly!

While the pizza was acceptable, the salad was lacking. I caution others to be careful when ordering from their website. I've noticed other reviews echoing my experience, indicating that many customers have been given inaccurate estimates for when their food would be ready. A staff member even admitted that they are aware of the discrepancies with the online ordering system. I felt it was unethical for them to knowingly provide incorrect wait times, leaving customers without options when they arrive. Though they insisted it would take less time to have the pizza delivered, I explained that receiving it an hour late wouldn't be helpful, especially with young kids waiting at home. I remained patient and polite throughout my wait, even suggesting a switch to thin crust to expedite the process, but my request was ignored. At the end of my experience, I asked the manager for a discount; however, she simply turned around and walked away without a word. Reflecting on the owner's response, I think she may have been aware of the situation but chose not to engage. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

I was passing through and decided to stop for dinner. I dined in and had the thin crust sausage and mushroom pizza, which was excellent. I will definitely be back and I'm eager to try their deep dish pizza!
