We waited over 20 mins just for chips. The server/bartender kept forgetting to ask one of the people at our table what she wanted like she was invisible.. then brought her all the wrong things. Worst most Nauseating food, ever. DON'T GO HERE! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday while visiting the square. I had high hopes based on others reviews but was ultimately very disappointed. Our waiter never checked in on us, never gave us refills on drinks or chips. He passed us multiple times and never once asked how the food was or if we needed anything. He seemed very annoyed that he had to serve us in the first place and like our presence was an inconvenience to him. He never asked if we were ready for the check but instead slammed in on the table and just stood there waiting for the card without saying a word. The food was warm at best and the QDip was missing half the ingredients stated on the menu. Had the service been better I might be willing to give something else on the menu a try but we definitely won’t be back.

As with others, we have given this place a lot of business over the years. But I'm typing for good service. I'll even tap into bad service on average because we all have our days. But if I don't get a service at all, I'm not gonna tip it. We like to go at 4:00 a.m. and for some reason we landed the same demanding waiter, our last three visits that seem to be to be some place, but his job. I gave the first two times so much luck. But today was the worst. This guy seemed like I was sitting the biggest inconvenience. Remember that this is at 16:00 when it is just a handful of other customers, but what seems to be a lot of staff. After sitting, we had served the usual chips and salsa after about 10 minutes. 10 minutes without service. Finally we had to mark another server down to ask our waiter to pick up our order. He appeared immediately after this request. Our orders were placed, the food that is still quite good was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, then we saw neither the fur nor the hair of our waiter until he brought the check. In the meantime, I went to the bar to get a soda refill and a take home box, as our waiter never showed up on us to make this request. Perhaps the owner will see this review and have an intervention with this waiter because I certainly don't think their business should suffer for a person. I hope there is nothing outside of work that this individual runs through, which makes him act in this way at work. I believe in second third and fourth chances, but after that, if you have offered help and have not yet improved, you will be liable for a company. As I mentioned earlier, the food is still quite good, but the lack of service makes it surely delicious.
