I hadn't been to Cici's in years, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I did notice that there were fewer options on both the salad bar and the pizza selection. It's been with Cici for years. Make sure what to expect. Has noticed less choices on salad bar and pizza. But for 7.50 hard to argue with the prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. From administration to type washbasins everyone had a smile and asked if we needed something. Pizza flavor was really not bad and was constantly fresh cake on the buffet
Family and I normally stop hear for dinner b4 we venture off into the city. Good staff pizza options pretty unlimited just ask and it's made if they have the ingredients. Only downside is dine in isn't until close it's done at 8 I believe and last time we went they are short staffed so they closed dine in way earlier around 6. But isn't a bad place to grab a stomach full
I'm not a big pizza guy, but they had some interesting mixes of pizza toppings. Well worth the $8. The kept running out as it was a busy Saturday. But they were quick to have more varietys!
The staff is not as friendly as they used to be. They don't pick up the old plates anymore... they expect you to do it yourself now... which is okay, but it was a nice customer service procedure. The air conditioning was broken as well. It was HOT in there. The kids' games are overpriced and the buffet is as well. The food is still decent though.
I just had lunch at Cicis Pizza (in Liberty, MO) again after a long while, and it was a drastic improvement compared to our last visit! All the food items (on the buffet) appeared to be both fresh and well stocked. It was a much better overall presentation of all the pizza, pasta, and desserts they had to offer. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly to all incoming customers which is getting more rare these days. I think the only problem experienced was the Blue Powerade had ran out. I mentioned it to one of the employees, but it didn't get changed in time for when I finished my meal and went to get a refill. Anyway, not a huge deal. The restaurant also appeared to have had a renovation since my last visit, which was also a big improvement. Thanks for the overall good variety and service!
