Terrible experience! was here 2 times, terrible option, please avoid this hotel! eating and our cups were stolen. they wanted to see that our room was occupied... read more Terrible experience! was here 2 times, terrible option, please avoid this hotel! eating and our cups were stolen. they wanted to see that our room was occupied and we had to spend one night in another room. the room smells terrible and we couldn't stay there. avoid room 603! the smell they can feel someone went on toilet on the bed, we saw the leaves last time we were here. two weeks, but the smell is still unbearable! at the end we were on the road (better than in the stinking room) without hotel and reservation. many thanks for the support dear homer hostel! they said they would bring back our money, but where are we supposed to live?

When we got there no one was there in the middle of the day, the hotel was closed so we called the reception number and no one answered, we sent an email and no one replied. Then we left for a concert and during the concert the hotel sent an email saying that their check in is just from 15 20h. Because of the concert we couldn`t get back till 20h and they didn`t offered any solution. We had to sleep in the car! And two days later they charged us full price even though we didn`t use their hotel. We never got inside the hotel! This is a scam, dont`go here!

The room should be... read more This stay was... interesting The reception is open a few hours a day, which is not easy and you only know the hours by going to the website. The room should be for 4 women, but we were 6, maybe 8m2. The kitchen is a real mess and you have absolutely nothing to cook nor forks or spoons. There are also only 1 bathroom for each floor. Besides, I was lucky to share the room with respectful people and I paid 30€ for 3 nights so I can't complain about the service. The location is good, you can be in the city centre in less than 20min

We checked... read more As they gave us a key to a room that was full, we had to ask for another room. They brought us to a 6 bed room, although we had booked a 4 bed room. We checked on Saturday and there was no electricity in the building until Monday. It was cheap, 10 min over or tram to the center, it had hot water, lockers. It was more or less what we expected.
