The staff are willing to help but I think t... read more I will not be taking any rooms in this hotel again. There are no effective and caring managers owners in this hotel. The staff are willing to help but I think they are not able to change anything about the site and its services. Pitty, because I have advised our company not to take any further reservations in this hotel. Regards
