We asked in three different... read more Only went to the restaurant/bar. The staff were clueless, she skipped our table and when we asked if we could order, she told us no. We asked in three different languages and still no, just wait. After a lot of explaining and getting another staff member, we ordered. Then we waited awhile, about an hour and a half, and then we got our order. They brought out one type of food every 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Definitely stay away.

Good drink selection and more importantly the food is absolutely delicious.The hotel is central located, shopping centre, bars, restaurants are all nearby. Car park is in front of the hotel, and public transports are also a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The staff are willing to help but I think they are not able to change anything about the site and its services. Pitty, because I have advised our company not to take any further reservations in this hotel. Regards
