Unfortunately, the service was j... read more My husband and I went out for dinner and decided to try 4-bs since we hadn't been there in years and had heard it had improved. Unfortunately, the service was just okay. The staff walked by our table several times without refilling our drinks. After waiting an hour, they finally brought out one meal (see picture below) and then informed my husband that they were out of pot roast—the dish he had ordered. They offered him a menu to choose something else, but we were very disappointed with the experience. We won’t be returning.

Despite there being few customers, the young blonde hostess who greeted us clearly didn't want to be at work. She didn’t smile, say good morning, or even wait for us to catch up as she hurried to grab the menus. Instead, she walked through the staff area, dropped the menus on a table, and shouted at us that this was our table before exiting. We aren't elderly and tried to keep pace, but she didn't give us a moment. She also didn't offer us coffee, showing more interest in chatting with the cooks. After sitting down and waiting for five minutes with no service, my husband and I decided to leave. Another waitress was working, but she too didn’t smile. I cannot recommend this place, as the staff seems uninterested in providing good customer service. Word of mouth is important, and the young lady with long blonde hair definitely needs training in etiquette and customer interaction.

The service was also fantastic, providing attentive and friendly care that deserves a solid 5. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, though I would rate it a 4 as there’s a little room for improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a satisfying breakfast!
