We ordered from the menu and everything was delicious. The perfect children's area, the little ones had a great time. The bad, the service. I am giving it two stars for how unprofessional they were and criticizing customers (not just us) out loud in front of other bar customers. Upon entering the restaurant, we heard the owner shouting and saying anything but nice: they are already upstairs (in the dining room upstairs) asking us to turn on the heating. People asked you to turn on the heating because they were eating with their coats on. When we went up, indeed, you couldn't stay cold and after a while, we asked them again to turn on the heating. After 20 minutes they told us that they had made a mistake and the air conditioning was on instead of the heating. Well, you believe them and let it go, we started to eat and in the middle of the meal the temperature starts to drop again. The 3 tables that there were, with more than 10 people each, well, we discussed it, that it was very cold again. And we realized that the thermostats were off, they had turned off the heating. I went to ask downstairs and caught the owner criticizing the diners: I would like to see what temperature the heating is at in her house. I asked them to turn on the heating and They turned it on again and after a while turned it off again and so on all afternoon. Talking badly about customers, the shouting, the bad answers, says a lot. It's a shame because the site is worth a lot, but the service is lamentable. By the way, a single waitress to attend to almost 40 people is not welcome, a lot of waiting between dishes, if at least you are warm and not too bad, but getting cold... We stayed after dinner until 7:30 p.m., being aware of the time. Of course, as we left, the owner had to make her nasty comment about us, showing how unprofessional she had been all day. Draw your conclusions, not only did he do it to us but to the other 2 tables that were there. If they change owners we will return. Kid-friendliness: They have a huge room for children to play with toys, ping pong, etc. Very very good. Parking: If you go for 2:30 p.m. you won't find places.
