I was disappointed with the lack of meat in my Potbelly skinny sandwich. It wasn't until the last 2 bites that I finally found some, which was ridiculous. I went to pick up a mobile order at this restaurant. I arrived at the designated time, but ended up waiting for over 10 minutes. When I finally received my food and brought it home, it was completely cold. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location, as I've experienced problems with cold food and missing items in the past as well.
