Taco Bell - Lexington

I always choose Taco Bell over Leestown, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are consistently fast, get my order right every time, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I work long hours, and the sweet young woman at the drive-thru really made my day—thank you for all that you do! I wish I had caught her name; she was amazing! I was in and out in just 5 minutes. This is the best Taco Bell, and nothing will change my mind!

I ordered chicken burritos but ended up with meat and beans only. I wasn't informed about this change. There was no bar available, but the service was very friendly and fast. However, I missed having my usual sweet option and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I think I will go back to the other Taco Bell location because they are more consistent.

The staff clearly doesn't care about their customers. The manager and employees have been dishonest, threatening, and harassing us. They've intentionally messed up our orders, and there are numerous other issues, including smoking in the lobby and shutting down their system early to take smoke breaks. Overall, the entire establishment has significant problems.

The workers are extremely rude. we have smoked them several times marihuana in the lobby in the night and then the excuse that their system is down when in reality not, I know that because I work at this site. I saw them drop food and then go on. when they order from here, they will screw up my order every time or refuse to serve me. Last night, I ordered a fleshy melt burrito and you know what they gave me? a cold tortilla filled with cold rice, cold nacho cheese, and fryed acidic cream. when we returned to try to repair it, they started giggling and laughing about the drive thru loudspeaker and when I returned the contaminated burrito, they told me it was never wrong to start with, but as I said earlier, it was a cold tortilla filled with cold rice, cold nacho cheese, and ranny acidic looked at me, and the taste of it reminded me. the workers then proceed to give me another burrito, but it was still wrong and she put a quarter large amount of bark in it. I then went to facebook to ppst about my dissatisfaction in their service and the workers began to persist. a woman named jessica went on to tell me that I don't have woman enough to have a child, and therefore I had a miscarriage in the march. then she told me she hopes that my children fight and I don't deserve to be mother. another worker who was called roberto continued to reach my friend and me and threatened to blow our brain into the air. the workers here are the worst. the service is terrible. eating is terrible. the place is not clean. we went to the company, but instead of the workers get any effect from their activities, they told us that we did not allow to return to this taco bell location. this Taco bell is not acceptable and if I could give 0 stars, I would. I really recommend not to this place.

Ordered bean burrito. Got home and started to eat it and it smelled just like feces! I was shocked and horrified. I smelled it in various places and it all smelled like feces. I am permanently scared. I will never eat at a Taco Bell again. The smell was just too much.
