What User doesn't like about Subway:
I will never dine at this restaurant again. Every time I go, they never make my sandwich correctly. I ask for a line of mayo and they barely put any on. They also always crush my bread. I work there, so I know you can cut it without smashing it. They never ask if I want chips, cookies, or a drink. The staff at this restaurant is quick and friendly. I am pleased that the restaurant is also very clean!
There was only one staff member working and they were very slow. The food was decent. When I tried to pay with a gift card, the employee didn't know how to process it. She attempted to get her manager, but they never showed up and I had to wait for 10 minutes.
Yesterday, I ordered 3 cold cut trios and footling trios from a restaurant. I requested 2 with just lettuce and pickles and one on multi grain bread with pickles, olives, and spinach. However, what I received was one with lettuce and cucumbers, one with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and olives, and one multi-grain with tomatoes, cucumbers, and a small amount of spinach and olives. Additionally, I received 4 cookies. The total cost was almost $30. There was a promotion of buy 2 get 1 free for online orders. My wife even had to dig the receipt out of the trash to confirm the order. I wish I had checked the order before leaving the restaurant as we only discovered the errors when we got home 30 miles away for supper that night.
