Sedona Taphouse - Lexington

We tried the Sunday brunch menu at this restaurant and were impressed by the great service. Our waiter was excellent and the dining and cocktail menu had a variety of options to choose from. This was my first time dining at this establishment and I was pleasantly surprised when our coffee arrived in French press style. The crab dish was particularly delicious and I highly recommend it. The drinks were also tasty and well-made.

We had a delightful server named Alexis H who was hardworking, attentive, caring, understanding, and very friendly. The chicken Marsala we ordered was delicious. The restaurant had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, was very clean, and we were warmly greeted at the front door. After our meal, the manager came over to check if everything was alright, making it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend checking out this place.

I am unsure how to accurately rate my experience at the restaurant today. One of the bartenders seemed to be either under the influence of drugs or in need of mental help. We asked a question about a menu item, and he responded by ordering it for us without our consent. When the food arrived, it was not what we had requested, and things became confusing. However, the other young woman working behind the bar made up for the confusion and provided excellent service. I regret not getting her name as she was fantastic. Once we were able to order and receive the correct food, it was delicious. If I were only rating based on the food and the helpful bartender, it would easily be a 5-star experience.
