Salernos - Lexington

As a family, we decided to dine at this restaurant during our weekend trip. Our 11-year-old daughter was the one who discovered it. It is the kind of restaurant that my husband John and I enjoy, with unique menu options not commonly found elsewhere. I wanted something light, so I ordered soup and salad, while John opted for the Brat pizza with a blueberry bourbon sauce base, fresh mozzarella, bratwurst, baked apples, and bacon caramelized onions. I took a bite and found it to be delicious. Our son ordered the Honey BBQ chicken pizza, which I did not try, but he loved it.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was amazing and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My server even refilled my drink without me having to ask. She made sure I had everything I needed! I had a fantastic experience, and they had a new beer wall that I hadn't seen before which was really cool, with a great selection of beers to choose from. I visited on a Wednesday and they had a great deal on pizza for only $3.99, which was an amazing bargain! Overall, it was a fantastic place to eat and I will definitely be returning frequently!

I really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant and the self-serve taps were a cool touch! It was a fun way to sample different drinks. The selection of pizzas was impressive and my favorite was the chicken and waffle pizza. The calzone my daughter ordered was massive.

What a little jewel! Great food and great atmosphere. Many parking spaces on the street. Margherita Pizza was delicious and so was the Caprese sandwich. The service was a little slower, but it was a busy day and we don't mind. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back!

Salerno's is too good! Their Wednesday Pizza deals and their Thursday Wing deals are unmatched. The Parmesan Garlic and Smoky BBQ are unmatched. Very good prices for the deal days and the service is unbeatable!
