The meal I chose was a chicken and shrimp dish that cost over $20, but it only included four shrimp. They were also out of French fries and the funnel cake dessert I wanted. The kitchen service was incredibly slow, and my total bill came to nearly $60. I felt very disappointed and taken advantage of.

However, th... read more Ruby Tuesday excelled in communicating when they needed to substitute a couple of items. It was apparent that they were experiencing a busy evening. However, they overlooked our bottle of water and the honey mustard for the chicken. Despite these minor errors, the food was fresh and delicious overall.

My husband had ribs and steak and it was also delicious. The salad bar was made of things that needed a refill. But except that it was a good experience
