They haven't messed myorder up ever and are always quick.

After using the restroom an... read more I had a disappointing visit to this restaurant. I stopped in during a 4-hour trip, feeling very hungry and with a positive attitude. After using the restroom and ordering my food, I greeted the staff and had a friendly conversation with them. I then asked if I could take the tray to my car to bring the food I ordered to my family and promised to return the tray right after. However, the employee insisted that I couldn't take the tray. I noticed there was an outdoor area that was just as close to the front door as my car and more visible to the staff. When I pointed this out and mentioned that I could take it outside to eat if I wanted, the employee simply stared at me without offering a professional reply. Overall, I found the customer service to be quite unsatisfactory, especially over a minor issue that didn't pose any real harm. As for the food, this was my first time ordering here, and I decided to try the chicken sandwich. Having worked in fast food for many years, I know how simple it is to deliver a quality product. While I was patient with my order, I would have gladly waited a bit longer for something better. The bread was a bit hard, the chicken was slightly overcooked, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the food was just okay. I might consider visiting this establishment again if I get the chance for a better experience, but right now, I probably won’t be returning.
