Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

We ultimately had to leave the drive-thru line because no one was taking orders. Manager, it's time to step up! This is not an acceptable way to run a business. A skeleton crew is not an excuse—this is clearly a management issue.

The food was quite good, but the service left much to be desired, even for a fast food establishment. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I was greeted with a smile, but it seemed like the employee wasn't fully focused on her job. She could tell I was getting frustrated but did nothing to expedite my order.

My husband and I stopped by this location for fries. I never thought I would complain about something being overly seasoned. The fries although fresh had entirely too much seasoning sprinkled on them. The seats and our clothing were covered. It wascomparable to sand after leaving the beach. I couldn't finish them because of the amount of season. All in all other visits tothis location have been good.

Terrible experience! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The side dishes were only half full, and the chicken was undercooked. The fries were cold and stale. I had to return to the counter to collect the remainder of my order, and they even tried to charge me $0.40 for honey mustard after messing up my order entirely. I’ve had the same disappointing experience the last three times I visited. This will be my final trip! It's clear that management either approves of this poor service or is incompetent for allowing it to continue. I recommend going elsewhere—anywhere else!

I wouldn?t even give 1 star!!!! Their customer service is horrible! I demanded a refund! People work way to hard for below average customer service! Jessica at the front window. Needs to learn some manners. Unprofessional! To treat your customers thisway. I asked for a seasoning packet and to be funny they gave me an empty packet! I came back around to drive through to demanda refund and they wanted to take their time. I will be calling corporate!
