Red Lobster Lexington Alysheba Way

The waitress mixed up my order. It took a long time to receive the correct items. By the time my friend finally got what everyone else ordered, he had already paid for everything. My daughter received the wrong drink; we informed the waitress, but she passed by our table several times before she fixed it. The manager stopped by and said she would expedite the reorder for the shrimp, but things still weren't quick. In the end, my friend had to pack up his food and take it with him. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the poor service.

I had a lovely birthday dinner at a wonderful restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and attentive service. The food was delicious!

The server forgot our appetizerthe food was marginal service was slow . i have never had this bad of an experience at Red Lobster before and we dine here at least twice a month . i will seek out another location before i come here again.

We had an excellent server who was attentive without being intrusive. I truly appreciated the staff, and the food was fantastic. We highly recommend trying the new lemon cake!

Typical trip to Red Lobster. Service and food lived up to expectations.
