Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lexington

It's quite inconsistent. When it's good, it's really exceptional. However, during my last few visits, they were out of items I wanted, like the peppers and onions. They informed me that it would take some time before more were available.

It's been years since I've eaten at QDOBA and I forgot my last experience. My visit today did not disappoint at all! The staff were awesome and friendly which is always a win! I got a spicy chicken bowl with everything spicy down the line to include freshsliced jalapeños! Flavor train to yum town completed! Also, all three of us ate for $20! Definitely recommend for a solidinexpensive meal!

I ordered a bowl with extra ingredients and requested toppings on the side, but I didn't receive half of what I asked for. After checking my order, I went back inside to ask why certain items were missing, and they told me they were out of them. I had placed my order an hour before closing, and they couldn’t provide queso or shredded cheese? They didn’t offer to resolve the issue or provide what was missing; they just gave me a blank stare. If I'm paying for my meal, I expect it to be correct and complete. At the very least, you could have called the number I provided to let me know you ran out of items!

I was feeling quite impatient as I stood in line for a long time. However, when I finally placed my order, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an apology for the wait along with some complimentary food. This unexpected gesture completely made me forget about the time I spent waiting. It's clear that this location genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and I will definitely be coming back.
