Old San Juan - Lexington

We visited Old San Juan last night and had a fantastic experience. The owners are incredibly wonderful, and the food was exceptional! We highly recommend it and can't wait to return soon.

Absolutely excellent! I had a wonderful lunch here. The ropa vieja and black beans were fantastic. It's also a very friendly atmosphere. I'm definitely going back!

As soon as you step through the door, you're welcomed by the enticing aroma of spices that invigorates your senses. Everything on the menu tempts you to try it. Since we were in a hurry, we ordered the Cuban sandwiches, which were absolutely fantastic. They featured layers of ham, pork, and cheese on a perfectly roasted 10-inch roll. We will definitely be back for a hot meal; the delightful aromas coming from the kitchen call for it. The restaurant is family-run by a lovely older Cuban couple, adding a special touch to the experience.

Eating was amazing! the black men are crazy! the service was on the spot. they were friendly and attentive and really want to have a great evening meal experience. really a hidden gem. highly recommended if they are in the opposite!

My daughter brought me here because I had never had Cuban food before. I fell in love with this place. I would not have found this place if my daughter had not taken me, it’s at the end of a strip mall. The food was really, really good. Very family friendly atmosphere. I really loved the beans and rice. I think everyone could easily find something to eat here.
