They are consistently friendly and truly care about their customers. I prefer this location in the Tates Creek shopping center over any other in Lexington. I’m happy to drive across town to eat here because it's worth it. The food is always hot and fresh, and they always get my order right.

The two pieces of chicken we got tonight were barely recognizable and no bigger than golf balls. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I have no intention of returning, and I will be contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning. It's unbelievable. I took a bite of what was supposed to be chicken, only to find it was the smallest wing I've ever seen. To make matters worse, the meat was completely black, and the bones were shattered. I called the store and spoke to one of the rudest managers I’ve ever come across. I also tried to reach the corporate office, but they never got back to me. It seems they're accustomed to complaints. When I called the restaurant again, I encountered another exceptionally rude manager. I left a message with the main office, but received no reply. This place really needs to be shut down.

As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand that this suggests all the food after 7 PM has been sitting under a heat lamp and is probably stale. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

When I tried... read more KFC is a terrible place with a rude manager. After receiving the wrong order, my husband was told that if he didn’t like the food, he could leave. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was told he was in charge. No one should be spoken to like that, especially after a mistake with the menu. I will definitely be contacting Corporate. The management at KFC needs to be changed.

When I tried to resolve the issue, the manager—who refused to give their name despite being asked twice—hung up on me. Not a pleasant experience. I understand they may be stressed and overworked, but this is not the way to run a business.
