Found a huge black hair in my food. I was totally disgusted. And they charged me full price for my sandwich.

I've ordered a few times now on Door Dash and the food is as good as it is when you're sitting in the restaurant, which is rare these days. Try the Tostones, the sweet plantains, the plantain chips and guacamole, the Cuban sandwich, the empanadas, and the Lechon Asado and the Pollo Asado. Everything is so fresh and perfectly cooked. You will not be disappointed. And the Mojito Blanco was delish!
