This group is either understaffed or undertrained but they are not up to the task assigned. Over 20 minutes for a sandwich with moderate traffic. At 30 minutes we just got the refund and left. View all feedback.
As a first timer, I was quite disappointed in the service. When I arrived, no one greeted. Even when I got to the cash register, the manager (who was working the register) did not say “Hello” or anything. I greeted her with a “Hey. How are you?” and nothing was said back. As I was ordering, no help was offered, even after I mentioned that this was my first time. The manager proceeded to ask me for a tip, and I kindly declined. After receiving my food, no “You’re welcome, have a good day” was issued. I will be going back to Firehouse Sub, because it was actually good, BUT NOT THIS ONE!
I love Firehouse but not this particular one. Flavor is just so-so compared to other locations and they forgot our pickles. Real let down when you take it to go and realize that you paid for something you didn’t receive.
My tuna sandwich in a wheat bread is always delicious. Very clean place and friendly staff. Will highly recommend to my friends and coworkers. Good job guys.
