What Marlene Williams doesn't like about Donatos Pizza:
We ordered a pizza before 9:00 pm and foolishly prepaid. We were told it would be delivered in 30 min. It is now 11:00, they are closed, we are hungry, everywhere else is now closed also AND WE NEVER GOT OUR PIZZA, NOR A PHONE CALL, NOR A REFUND! THIS PLACEIS A SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, MUCH LESS GET A HOT OR COLD, OR ANY KIND OF PIZZA. IF Icould give them less then a 0 star I wou... View all feedback.
Used to eat at donatos in Ohio all the time was a blast from the past good thin crust pizza
This is our main pizza place and we've been here frequently. On two occasions of the many times we've been here, they added ranch to the hot chicken pizza when we ordered it on the side but they have always fixed it stat and been incredibly professional and understanding about it. We love the hot chicken pizza, but it's all very tasty!!! Will continue to be regular customers
They are great! Piiza, wings, salads are all awesome staff is friendly and awesome to deal with.

I use to enjoy this place much more but they don’t make their pizza the same anymore as far as taste.
