Slow service. When we were helped the young man was polite and made our order in a timely manner. But, there was other possible employees arguing and coming and going both in and out of the building as well as behind the counter. Disturbing. View all feedback.
They let us walk through their drive-thru because we were on a choir trip . Only part of our choir was there but they wanted us to sing for them. The guy started jamming out. We love Kentucky! Great service and such friendly people!!!
We ordered the drive thru and the dame that took our order was really nice and patient, but I felt bad because she was one of very few people working. the gravure for the chicken stripe basket was much too liquidated and idek as this happens. the blizzard was good. overall my experience was not completely ruined.
Had to wait very long in the drive-thru but the strawberry milkshake was pretty decent.

They have different prices posted on their drive thru menu than what they charge you. Be prepared to pay more at the window than what you should.
