My cake arrived partially melted, and the writing on it was both wrong and poorly done. I received two calls saying it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the cake wasn’t finished and looked like it had been hastily assembled at the last minute. It was evident that things were going downhill, yet they packed it up and handed it to me anyway. With no other options, I ended up with a cake that I had paid for, but... View all feedback.
It makes me really sad to say that. but the owners of this load are racist . . . and so much more. one of our close friends worked at the cold stone creamery, she is our babysitter. she was always a young woman of integrity and works hard. recently she called one of the manager for racist commentaries and then in opposition she was told that she was a badly hired and fired. To be honest, I'm shocked and upset. I will no longer participate in this invite and I will go out of mine to tell everyone I can't go. please do not support this load.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. the cheesecake fantasy is my favorite with brownies. her ice cream is the best.
The best ice cream place. very good. customer service. delicious taste.
I come here quite often and usually it's good. But the last few times my order has been messed up. Not just missing items but completely wrong order. I am disappointed
The restaurant claims to be open until 9 PM, but when I arrived at 8:50 PM, they were already closed. It was frustrating to see other customers still being served while I was turned away. It felt like I wasn't the right kind of customer for them.
