We absolutely loved it there! My grandkids had a fantastic time. It wasn't too expensive to host a birthday party, and there were plenty of activities for the children. View all feedback.
What Adeline Lemke doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
the first time to eat here. with my mother and nephew. we ordered a personal pizza with drinks and I also got an salad and it cost a total of $56. the salate was not fresh. it was good to try once, but probably not back. too expensive. I had not expected. in any case not as they see on the adverts. View all feedback.

Organized chaos is the perfect way to describe this. The table was set up.. one person greeted us but didn 't show back up for a while. Finally came back and took pizza and drink orders. No cups. No plates. Had to ask. The floor was sticky. The bathrooms were terrible.. there wasnt any toilet paper or paper towels and the floors again were sticky. Once you use your game card.. 2 hours starts and that 's before you do cake, pizza, time with Chuck E Cheese.. so if you start and then stop to do the actual birthday.. you lose time. Chuck E. Cheese finally comes out.. but if you have other birthdays it 's not very personal. So your waiting in line. Chuck E. Cheese and the other employees will do a dance.. but there is little to no enthusiasm. One girl was even frowning pretty hard. We finish and leave.. nobody asked me for payment. I made the reservation a month in advance and granted maybe I should have remembered but with all the kids I really did forget. So I immediately called them and couldn 't get through.. I called several times.. never could get through. Finally got a hold of them.. and they told me they were going to call me. I apologized and told them I wanted to pay. They do not accept payment over the phone or online.. and I live 40 minutes away.. so I have to go back to pay.. or they will file a police report which is fine.. I get it. My intentions were absolutely not ominous or deceitful. It would just be easier if I could have taken care of it over the phone or online.. but because of corporate I could not. I was told because of corporate a few times. All in all.. it wasn 't the best experience.. especially for what you pay.. which was nearly $300.. not worth the money.. I wouldn 't recommend..
Over the years, I have taken several young family members to various Chuck E. Cheese locations, and I'm happy to share we have always had really good experiences. Recently, I took my two young nieces and a nephew to this Chuck E. Cheese location, and was so impressed with the customer service that I felt compelled to share how incredibly nice and friendly each and every staff member we met was/is at that facility. While there, we were fortunate to meet George, the general manager, and, as I observed his interactions with other guests and staff, I came to realize that his professionalism and friendliness set such a positive example and high standard for his staff that it made our time there go from a really nice experience to an absolutely fantastic experience! A family would be hard-pressed to find a safer, cleaner environment than this location to take their little lived ones to for an outing, but they will get so much more than that because the children will be treated like the little princes and princesses they are by George and his wonderful staff members!!!!
Great experience for my sons 3rd birthday. The employee's there were extremely pleasant. The manager on duty, she was super nice to us as well as to the rest of the family. We were kinda sad that they did away with the ball pits ect. But the whole experience made up for it.
Was fun but the games don't give you many points to be honest that's a big down fall. Also was hoping they had an indoor climbing jungle gym for my kids but nope it's not like the other Chuck E Cheese that we have back home in California.
