I was surprised to learn that the chicken biscuit is only available spicy—fine for me, but not for my travel companion.

They talked about tricking cu... read more Management should hold private meetings. I’m trying to enjoy my meal, but overhearing some of the conversations is very troubling. They talked about tricking customers by putting more ice and less drink in cups—does that seem right? They also mentioned not throwing away sausages at the end of the night but reusing them in gravy and dirty rice. Is that fair to the customer? They even said customers won’t notice the difference. I feel this needs to be made public.

While some of the staff are friendly and courteous, others can be extremely rude. I just left because they told me they no longer have chicken tenders—how does a chicken restaurant not have tenders? The woman said they only offer spicy chicken now. I definitely won’t be coming back!
