I wouldn't think I would have to unwrap my sandwich to make sure it's right. But I guess I do. And eating a reg arbysandwich (not what i ordered or paid for), bread was so soggy couldnt even eat it. Evidently they don't care about there job. Iwill NEVER go back. We have Given the 5 chances to get better. No luck in that. We used to eat here slot. No more!!! I can go toa resturant where they wait on you and pay the same with better food. Do better Arby's or just shut this one down. Shame onu!!!

This location l... read more It's Arby's, so you know what to expect from the menu. It's generally a solid choice, definitely better than the other fast food options nearby. This location lived up to Arby's usual standards with friendly and helpful staff. The employees were polite and attentive. The restaurant is easy to access and offers plenty of parking. I've been here before and will continue to stop by whenever I'm in the area.

When I asked for a re... read more The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. My roast beef sandwich was served cold—not even room temperature. When I asked for a replacement, it was barely warm at best. My daughter's mozzarella sticks were hard and rattled inside, and the cheese on my son's ham and Swiss sandwich was nowhere near melted. Don’t you guys know food needs to be properly cooked?

I had the same sandwich last week at an Arby's in Tennessee and it was delicious, but here, as usual, the meat was like chewing gum. Absolutely nasty! Never again—I’m officially boycotting this location.
