Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Lexington

I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years now, and I always find the staff to be friendly, with service that's reasonably prompt. The food is quite good, and the menu offers a nice variety overall. The drinks are decent, though I typically stick to ordering a mojito. It's a great spot for sushi!

I'm really looking forward to trying the dishes I selected. The Hibiscus Squeeze and Hibiscus Pomegranate lemonade were fantastic—very refreshing. I also had the Kaluna Nigiri, which is made with vegan tuna. It was delicious, very tender, and had a nice thick slice. I would definitely order it again. The ginger served with it was excellent, not overpowering at all. Then there was the Shiitake To Me—so many different textures and flavors, definitely not your average vegan sushi. I really appreciate their commitment to the environment. Now, for the best part: the service was wonderful! Both the server and the hostess were friendly and thoughtful, taking the time to chat with us a bit. I can't wait to come back—often!

This restaurant offers a wide variety of fascinating vegan sushi rolls. The menu clearly labels all vegan options, and they prepare rolls featuring vegan tuna, vegan shrimp, and vegan eel for those interested. Additionally, there are some dishes that can be customized to be vegan, with alternatives specified. I found the Thai Hippie roll to be quite small for its price, as it was cut into eight pieces, which was really only four full pieces. Overall, I think the pricing could be improved. However, the crispy Brussels sprouts and tofu lettuce wraps were absolutely fantastic. While the service for appetizers is generally quite fast, I've noticed that getting the rolls can sometimes take a while.

Excellent restaurant for vegans! We came here specifically for the vegan menu and were amazed by the many options. All of them were delicious, super fresh, and so flavorful. My husband even said you would never be able to tell they?re vegan if you didn?t know, so bring along your meat-eater friends : staff was super friendly as well! Highly recommend this place!

Always great! We've been at least 10 times. Have had several different servers and it never disappoints! Food always comes out fairly quick and they have some tasty fun cocktails ?
